Dr. Carter will invest time to get know you personally at each of your dental visits. She wants to learn about your concerns and expectations, your dental experiences, and any immediate concerns or pain you're experiencing. The more we know about your needs, the better we can serve you.

Your first visit will take about an hour and a half because we will perform a comprehensive assessment of your teeth, gums, and bite. Dr. Carter will ask how you feel about your smile and what you want to accomplish through dentistry. We will take photographs and X-rays, if necessary. Dr. Carter will not rush through your visit, but explain her findings so that you can fully understand recommended treatment. She wants her patients to be comfortable and confident in their decisions. Finances or fear should never stand in the way of oral health, so we will gladly talk with you about payment options and sedation or anesthesia.
